To rent out a particular commercial office or residential unit, we market your property for cost-effective exposure to reach prospective tenants. Our detail-oriented tenant screening process strives to qualify the best tenants. Negotations are conducted on your behalf and custom drafting of essential clauses to the transaction are included amongst our services.

Tenant Relations And Rent Collections

As part of our commitment to excellence, we understand the need to keep good relationships with both our tenants and the landlord whom we serve. Furthermore, as a fiduciary, we are bound to act in the landlord's best interests and will act with integrity with respect to rent collections and payment transfers.

Property Maintenance

We have our independent contractors and our network of people to help maintain your property in rentable condition. If repairs need be done, we will first try and obtain your consent, and then itemize the list of work so you know what work is being done and how much it is going to cost.
